Reservations for RV Parking, Prime Parking, and Tent Camping

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED for all RV, Prime, Tenter and Concessions Parking. (DEADLINE for reservations is same as closing date for entries, JUNE 24TH, 2026). Reservations received after the closing date will be parked in the overflow parking lot (No Electric Hook-ups), unless RV space becomes available.

Note: The majority of hookups at the Fairgrounds are rated for 15 amps. Please do not overload the service that you are using. Early arrivals and those arriving between 9:30 p.m. and 6 a.m. must park outside the gates (in the overflow parking area) until show staff arrives. The gate will open Tuesday, July 7th at 2:00 p.m. and will close at 8:00 p.m. Every other night the gate will close at 9:30 p.m.

Prime parking

Note: No trailers or RVs are permitted in the prime parking area. No electic hookups or service in the prime parking spots. Limited number of spaces are available on a first applied basis. Prime parking does not mean handicap accessible.

Please note:

• Parking reservations are for one RV/Trailer and one tow vehicle and does not include additional vehicle parking.
• There are limited electric and water hookups.  Free showers available.
• All units must be self-contained.
• Vehicles with Dogs must not be left unattended overnight.
• We anticipate that RVs will be running AC generators for their dogs’ comfort and safety. Keep in mind that it may be noisy at night.
• Fire lanes must be maintained.
• No holding of space. Arriving together is the only way of staying together.
• All trash must be put inside clean plastic bags and placed in available barrels or dumpsters.
